IAB and its participant are responsible in maximizing the benefit of training done in IAB by upgrading their knowledge and competencies using the latest information and knowledge provided in the field of educational management and leadership. This will enhance their positive attitude and upgrade their educational professional norms.

IAB will continuously enhance the growth and development of professional staff of Education Ministry as educationist and administrators as well as disseminate the knowledge to all levels in the national education system.
