TRAINING FACILITIES

IAB has excellent and up-to-date facilities for courses, workshop, seminars and various training and learning activities.The main lecture theatre can accommodate 500 participants and fully equipped with audio-visual equipment. The multipurpose hall can seat 600 people and the International Conference Room, which is also well-equipped with conference facilities, can seat 80 people.

As a training centre that strives toward excellent in giving training and knowledge on educational management and leadership, all activities done in IAB is based on the Total Training Concept.

IAB aims to mould the character of Malaysian education, education managers and educators through quality training programmes.

ACCOMMODATION

All participants are housed in a 4 story hostel complex which has 400 twin sharing rooms and the Executive Hostel which has 100 rooms fully furnishes, complete with pillow, mattresses, sheets, blankets and also hot-water flasks. Participants only need to bring their personal clothing, slippers and daily needs.Participants will also be provided with key to the room and are advised not leave any valuables inside their rooms.

DINNING HALL

The spacious dinning hall can accommodate up to 500 people. Food is served on a self-service basis and the menu is changed daily to provide varieties. Special diet food will be served upon request.

BALAI ISLAM

Adjoining the hostel is a prayer hall that can accommodate up to 400 Muslims. There is ample perking space around the hostel complex.

HOSTEL ENVIRONMENT

There is a sitting area near the dinning hall to enable the participants to appreciate the green beauty and unspoiled ecological system.

Facilities for the disabled is also provided here.

IAB is trying its best to provide all the necessary assistance for the physically challenged participants so they can have the same amount of comfort like their normal counterparts.

RECREATION

IAB provides various recreational facilities such as a football field, courts for takraw, badminton, tennis, volleyball, netball, basketball and squash. There is also an area suitable for jogging.

A gymnasium is provided which is open every day from 5 p.m to 7 p.m.
